Led a successful rebranding initiative for Michigan Advertising and Marketing, revitalizing the brand's identity and positioning in the market to better resonate with target audiences.
- Strategy Development: Formulate a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to Michigan Advertising and Marketing's goals, incorporating insights from club member inputs
- Execution: Implement the marketing strategy, leveraging various channels and tactics such as social media and content marketing
- Measurement and Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the social media posts. Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize user engagement.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and future recommendations.
Instagram Takeover
Led a month-long Instagram takeover for our club (MAM), collaborating with 20+ project managers and clients. Crafted a captivating content calendar featuring behind-the-scenes peeks, member stories, and project spotlights. Ensured brand consistency through clear communication and guidelines. Encouraged participants to share their love for MAM, fostering community and attracting potential applicants. This strategic takeover boosted brand awareness and engagement, solidifying MAM's identity.
Merchandise
Concepted and executed a brand-driven merchandise that transformed our club's identity into tangible products. To ensure seamless integration, I collaborated with designers, providing clear direction based on brand guidelines and core values. This involved reviewing concepts, managing revisions, and upholding design quality. Through my meticulous oversight, the final products not only resonated with our audience, fostering a strong sense of community, but also boosted brand recognition. Furthermore, I streamlined the ordering and distribution process, guaranteeing efficient inventory management and a successful launch. This experience honed my skills in brand consistency, designer management, and logistics, all contributing to a thriving merchandise program.
